This policy applies to the Gauge King mobile app and related privacy disclosures for Gauge King.

Gauge King is designed to operate without collecting personal data from users.
- No account or login is required.
- No name, email address, phone number, or similar personal identifier is collected by the app.
- No in-app collection of personally identifiable information (PII).
3. Vehicle and Session Data
Gauge King can read vehicle telemetry data from a compatible adapter to provide dashboard features inside the app. This telemetry data is processed locally on your device for app functionality.
- Telemetry and session data are used to display gauges, charts, and session summaries in the app.
- If you export data, it is exported at your direction.
- Gauge King does not require cloud sync or user accounts to use core features.
4. Data Sharing
Gauge King does not sell personal data and is not designed to share personal data with third parties because the app does not collect PII.
5. Data Retention
Data created by the app (for example local settings or local session files) remains on your device unless you delete the app, clear app data, or export files.
6. Children’s Privacy
Gauge King does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Platform and Third-Party Services
Apple and other platform providers may process limited technical information as part of operating iOS, the App Store, or device diagnostics. Those processes are governed by the platform provider's own privacy terms.
